Email Account

Hi,

I just tried creating an email account for my site;

info@scifiplanet.co.uk

However it said "There was a problem creating the email account".

Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed email accounts.

So I checked the hosting plan and it says 5 Email accounts? Is there an error/something down/offline?
