Email box over quota, therefore can't open it to delete emails!

Hello,
could someone please advise me on the error code below. I believe my email account is full, but because of this, I can't access it to delete...

Try using a POP client to download the mail without leaving a copy on the server. I believe you can also use the cPanel FileManager to delete emails.
