Email broken

Hi

Ive been using your hosting for a while now, and all seems well, apart from the email. I have configured it using the files created by CPanel for Outlook 2003, and when I send an email to it (from another address), I recieve nothing, even in Horde. Is there a reason for this?

As well as this, the email for my site (whether sendmail, SMTP or PHP) doesnt work, for some reason. No emails are sent from the site. Any ideas? Im using Joomla.

PHP Scripts can send mails ONLY from the address(es) that really exists. So, check whether you have an email account with the ID you use for sending emails out from Joomla.

I'm moving this to "Level Two Support" for Incoming Email Problems. Soon, an Admin will look into this.

Have you always had issues with Email or is this new?

No, the email used to work, yet now it does not. I know it is a problem with the email, as when I try to send an email to the address (from my ISP email address) I dont recieve it from the x10 account. I have tried reconfiguring Outlook many times, and webmail, none of which works. As well as this, I cannot send messages from my x10 email account.

I usually get a code 451 error when sending email from the account. Im also on Absolut server.
