Email client problems

Hello I've successfully setup my site and the email via webmail works, however when I use the following settings in my email client showing nothing, please help.

IMAP
User name is same as email
IMAP mail.domain.co.uk
SMTP mail.domain.co.uk

Hi thanks for the quick response :).
Ive tried the settings from your link with a different email client (BlueMail) and all works perfectly. Do not know why Microsoft Mail is not allowing it.

How is the certificate set up? (*.domain.co.uk) I never had positive results with IMAP ports 143, 993.

The mail clients worked with a certificate wildcard (*.domain.co.uk) and (domain.co.uk) with smtp port 587 (some clients smtp port 465) and pop port 995 with the mail server/host (pop.domain.co.uk and smtp.domain.co.uk).

I changed the mx record from mail to mx. https://intodns.com/tbint.us
