Email confirmation

I believe I am now just awaiting email confirmation in order to activate my hosting.\r\n\r\nHowever clicking the link in the email does nothing and when I copy what I believe to be the code from the URL ir comes up with the following message - The email address supplied is already in use (support).\r\n\r\nIs this an error or am I missing a step somewhere here.\r\n\r\nMany thanks for your help in resolving this matter.\r\n\r\n~Tim
