Email forwarding not working

Hi

I have free hosting account. I have set up a email eg. xyz.xyz@iemporia.com, I've set a forward of email: xyz@iemporia.com to go to something@live.co.uk. Mail is received in x10 web mail feature but not at something@live.co.uk, nothing is within the junk of something@live.co.uk, note I've used made up names left of @. Live.co.uk is run by Microsoft and is functioning perfectly for other direct inbound email.

Is there any thoughts on why email isn't forwarding.

Tried emailing today to forwarded address and it all works, must of just been a delay on something.
