email issue

I am still having trouble with my email. The issue comes and goes. Most of the time I am not able to receive emails and I also cannot send any. I get the following error e.g. with Squirrel: Connection refused Server replied: 111 Can't open SMTP stream.

Is there anything that can be done to resolve this?

Try changing your account mail reciever.
switch to google webmaster tools and connect you ID to Google's and read send emails with the Gmail Interface.

Also, here the Inbox limit will be taken from your hosting account whereas with Google Webmaster tools, Your e-mails will be hosted at Google and you will be using your own domain!
