I configured two Email Forwarders using cPanel. The emails I sent to these addresses didn't get delivered.
In the Email Trace I see the following:
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:: host 198.91.80.251 [198.91.80.251]: 421 4.3.2 Service shutting down, closing channel
The ID of one of these emails is 1UDyWH-00006r-H0
I have the very same problem with email generated from the site using the PHP mail() function.
Can you help me to troubleshoot this?
(anyway the problem seems to come down to a malfunctioning x10 mailserver...)
