Email Not Sending

I recently installed wordpress on my website and is all working fine. The only thing I have trouble with is when wordpress tries to send emails out i.e. administrator notifications, new user registration details etc. it doesn't send anything. I just need to know how to solve this problem a.s.a.p

Make sure that it is not going to your junk folder by mistake.
