Email Not Sending

I've noticed email not working for more than a week and I see it on the status page (http://status.x10hosting.com/) so I guess I know why now. Just wanted to say that this is a fairly important feature for me and I hope it can be fixed soon. Thanks!

hi,

I have the same problem, I have configured the email account but I can only receive, but not send.

I have taken the test in Outlook, gmail and exchange account.

What I can do?

The email in question is mesa@sls.x10.mx

Emails aren't going out for me either. For some reason if I send an email back to one of the emails I created on x10, it will be sent correctly but any other email will not work.

I have not been able to retrieve email from my x10host.com accounts for almost a month. Today, I logged into all 3 accounts via webmail (used RoundCube), and sorted, deleted, and forwarded the relevant emails to my external (non-x10) account. NONE of the forwarded emails went through (even though RoundCube said they did. And because I have been having trouble (this is not the first time...), I cleared out all of the messages just in case one of them was causing a problem so there would be a fresh start, so I cant reforward the messages.
Now this is interesting:
As I have been trying to get support for my email issue over the last 3 weeks, I have been able to SEND emails from Thunderbird, just not receive them. Now I cannot send them either! Seems the problem is getting worse, not better.
