email not working in Wordpress

I tried to register for an account on my blog to see if it would work at it doesn't. I added the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin to Wordpress to thinking that would solve the phpmail problem and it still wouldn't work. I even went to my cPanel and added email and used the SMTP settings and that apparently didn't work either. When I sent a test email using the test email button in the plugin this is what is generated. I omitted my sent to email and kept the domain yahoo.com.

I don't know why, but I had to attach the email error because the forum said something about 10000 character limit. I don't think the post was above 10000 characters.
