email not working

i created a secondary email account with my domain but i cannot send nor receive any emails (it still tells me that the email has been sent but i dont receive it in my other mailbox)
does anyone have a solution for that
please ask me any question that can help you solve this issue

Same problem, i created the email account, the emails sent are never received.
I am using X13 server.

To fix the problem I had to activate DKIM.
