Email Problem

My email does not seem to be working.

I have tried to send email to my account several times, no luck.

I can sent email from my account, but can not receive a replay to the email.

my username is alashraf i have a ad-free x10hositng accounnt

Please could you look into this problem and fix it!

I cannot receive email. But send emails from the above accounts.

When i send an email to the above accounts i receive an auto-replay email as follows

Actually, I found the answer here:

E-mail is apparently not working on cossacks, stoli, and ciroc. SMTP = e-mail.

So do we just wait for it to come back?

Try now, we were moving servers all around which could have caused this.

I have been trying since 9am to get smtp to work, also tried "phpmailer" and sendmail... still nothing>
