for a reason i can not send any email to certain email addresses e.g. on domain mail.ru. Is it on a black list? Can you fix it?

Do the emails bounce back to your main cPanel email account? (you can access it by clicking webmail in cPanel)

well, at the moment webmail is down.... but i do not get any bouncer replies, the message just sends and never arrives at receiver, no error messages
