Email Problems

I just switched my domain, quailsend.com, over to x10 free hosting. The good news is everything except the email is working. I've tried email forwarders, and catchalls on both my subdomain and parked domain, but I'm not getting any of the emails. Then I created email accounts for bot the sub and parked domain, but still none of the emails I sent to the accounts were received.

Please take a look at the problem for me...

Hi,

Same problem for me on matthanley.co.uk. Emails were working, then stopped. A "Connection refused" error is returned by the smtp of the account the mail was sent from.:dunno:

The same problem is with my domain. I will swicth back to freehostia. At least they never had SUCH email problems.

Now I understood how x10hosting works: 1) a problem occurs, 2) you write about it to the forum, 3) they "fix" the problem and SUSPEND your account to show their ads (as they do with my account). I will never deal with x10hosting again.

It is impossible to find a Webhosting service that is both free and error-free. I am happy with x10 Hosting. They respond to you and try to give the best service and support for all users. Thanks to x10 Hosting!

Did you read the reason I suspended you? ;) And no, that is not how we work, otherwise we should be making a lot of money off of the 9,000 unsuspended accounts.
