I am using x10hosting for my private domain (sandison.net) email hosting. Over the past week including today the repeated error messages that the mail server is down. if I leave it open it may connect and download my email once every fifteen to twenty times it tries. I know my account is not suspended and the mail settings are correct because it does eventually download my email. Is this a common occurrence? I like the free hosting but if I can't get better email reliability I will have to move to another hosting company.
