Email unreliable

Sorry if this has been covered, but I couldn't find anything on this. Am I the only one having problems with the email? For days at a time I am unable to send or recieve email. This has been happening since the beginning of the year, I figured I'd give it time because of all those server issues. Now it has seemed to quiet down a bit, but it's still giving me trouble.

There shouldnt be any issues. Are you sure it's not your email provider? i.e. hotmail, yahoo? This is usually the cause if these problems.

Yes, because i've tried it from multiple providers all with the same problem. Also, when trying to send an email from within horde on my site i get that error message i posted, so that has nothing to do with any other provider. Also, i get absolutely no email for the times that it is not working, then when it starts working, i'll get about 10 or so a day.

It's working now. Did you do something to get it working? It's not obvious to me, because it has always stopped working for a few days, then randomly start working again for a few days.

Maybe not... I was able to send an email, and it was delivered pretty quick, and i had received a bunch of emails from the last few days, but.... i sent one (from outside) about an hour ago and haven't received anything yet. I'll keep waiting...

They are coming through now (as of yesterday evening), but unless you guys have done anything, i expect it will go down again in a couple of days
