For weeks now my email accounts that I have setup through x10 have not been working properly with my clients.

my accounts:
ashley@ashleypricesimpson.com
ashley@ashleypricesimpson.info

I have reviewed the client configurations, and the domains are still active, I am not sure why they are not working, but I depend on these, could someone please look into this.

I have tried logging into the Webmail ,and it shows no email availalbe, and the only one that did work was squirrelmail, the other gave a database error, and the squirrelmail only worked if I logged in using my username of asimpson, and not my email adddress of ashley@ashleypricesimpson.com

My Windows Mail program is configured with the incoming mail server setup as mail.ashleypricesimpson.com and the username of ashley@ashleypricesimpson.com, is this still the way it needs to be setup? This is still what x10 instructions say. I really need to get this resolved, or I am going to have to find an another hosting site. Does anyone know if my email is being queued? This is going on weeks now. I really need help figuring this out.

It might be related to the cPanel issues described in the announcement at the top of the Free Hosting forum page. In particular, the backend is having DB connection problems that would affect webmail authentication. I'm not certain that the issues would affect POP3 or IMAP access. The admins are going to be working hard on that problem for awhile. Hopefully, that will also fix your issue.

One fix is to use gmail as your mail server. You can do this and keep your e-mail address
