emailer not working?

hi dear friends,
my website is : www.onecentclicks.info
i have a auroragpt ptc website hosted on x10hosting.my emailer script through my ptc admin section is not working.even if someone contact me through contact us form then there is a problem sending it to my email.
There is also a problem if someone register on my website and he/she is not receiving activation email.so my members are not increasing.please help me!!

1. The mail system works
2. There seems to be some problems with some email accounts treating some of the mail as spam.
3. If no mail is getting out at all, then it is probably the fault of one of the scripts in the website package. It might be busted. It might be misconfigured.
4. Without seeing the code for the scripts and the configuration files, it is impossible to diagnose via long distance.
5. Perhaps you should talk to the people at auroragpt and see if they know of any common problems.
