Emails not being received by recipiants

Hello,

I am using Outlook to send and receive emails. It has been working fine up until recently. I can send emails without any errors, but they never reach the inbox of the person sent to. I know this because, I am sending test emails to my personal email account. I also tried sending one to a friend and my school account.

I have downloaded as well as triple checked the settings to match the ones in my cPanel. But, it is still not working. I can receive from others just fine. Nothing seems to be bouncing back (yet), however, if they were sending fine, they should already be in the other inbox.

Bumping, still having issues. This is a server issue, not a user issue.
