Embedding Videos

Hi,
I was just wondering, is it okay to embed a video that was posted on another site onto a site on your server? For example, I uploaded a video onto Pinkbike, & I wanted it on my site & there is an Embed option.

You can embed the videos as long as you have the permission of the author.
