Empty site and no cpanel access

My site (helohic.x10hosting.com) was unavailable during the past two weeks (empty site with only cgi-bin or no response), so does the cpanel.
I saw on the forum that you are currently moving to new provider.
Do you know if the site will be back and approximately when ? If the site is definitely lost, are all data lost ?

Are you saying that you had a full site prior to the migration?

I had a site hosting a joomla (with a database). It was on the web directory root with other directories and files (same level as cgi-bin). The directories and files no longer exist.

Is it due to the migration process or is there a problem ?

Not sure. There is at least one other on lotus who has reported loss of files. I have left a message for the Admins.
