Enable SSL

Hi there, I'd like to enable SSL on my site. I've tried to figure it out on my own; in the Hosting Control Panel there's no SSL option; searching for it finds "Certificate Authority SSL Certificate" but then I get an error that I'm not allowed to modify it. There's no SSL checkbox in the Domain Setup screen. Going to `https://x14.x10hosting.com:2222/user/ssl` says "this feature has been disabled." So I guess I need to ask an admin to enable it?
