Not sure what you mean by encryption. We do not support SSL only since it requires a dedicated IP per user.

No, not to secure connections between your website and peoples computers.

What you could do is discuss with Corey about prices of a dedicated IP on one of the paid plans, you could then set up SSL for your site.
