I attempted to access my website, www.statusracingteam.co.uk today and found that I was unable to, no error was provided. When trying to login to cPanel using the portal I was told that I did not have any website services, and that I needed to create a new account. Having read the suspension policy, I believe that if I do not respond to a suspension within 14 days everything is deleted. The could not have been suspended more than two weeks, I recieved no email about either a suspension or termination. Whilst the content of the website was not so important, the IMAP email was.
Please can someone enlighten me as to why all of my data was deleted?
P.S statusracingteam.co.uk was an Addon Domain, the primary domain was sracing.elementfx.com, I think.
