ok, im trying to log into my account thingy where it tells you the server status and stuff and it keeps telling me to link my account and to put in my cpanel username but when i do it says this

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

is it not working or has my name been suspended?

It's sometimes confusing:

Try your cPanel login and password together.

If fails,

try your FORUM login and password together.

If fails,

contact staff I suppose.

Ah but your cPanel username is not the same as your account management panel login. The name you need to login to your account panel is your forum username. If you haven't deleted them, check thru your emails for your forum username and password. If you have deleted them, use the forgot password feature on the forum. Then, once you receive your new password, login to the account panel using your forum name and the new password.

Sorry if I'm getting the wrong idea, I thought I'd at least try :)

I read somewhere about linking accounts, but I can't for the life of me find the post again. Try the forum search engine - you may have more luck than me!!
