ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED when accessing control panel?

I just registered, and I get the above error when trying to access my control panel. Can someone help?

Hi,

That sounds strange; what URL are you at exactly when you see that error message? Are you able to load your website currently? It should show a page saying "Index Of /", since you haven't uploaded any content.

You need to verify that there are no proxies - firewalls - routers - VPNs - etc that could be blocking you from accessing port 2083
Many workplaces and schools do this

AND
FTP'ing -:- and cPanel direct logins -:- and logging into the forums -:- and logging into your own website - do not count
now all you need to do - and the only way for it to count towards the requirement of x10hosting's Terms of Service (TOS) - is log-in to your account - with no than 30 days after your last log-in - at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ]
