Erroneous Nickname: Illegal characters

Hi, first post
I haven´t used my account a long time.
Someday Idecided to reactivate my account and followed the linking process, but it tells me:

The hosting username you specified does not exist

When I click on x10Hosting in the forums, a Java Application starts and it tells me:

Erroneous Nickname: Illegal characters

But I can´t change my Name anywhere.
How can I acces my account?

This is not official support, explain to them your problem. They'll give you a better answer.

That other thing you're trying to run is the IRC Chat which defaults to using your forum nickname; since the ! in your forum nickname isn't allowed in an IRC nickname, the java applet will tell you erroneous nickname.

OK, I made a ticket, I just got the answer:

Hello reT!R0x,

The cPanel name can only contain normal words and numbers.... from a-z and 0-9.

Funny, isn´t it?
Fine, but how do I acces my hosting account?
Why does it tell me that my hosting user name doesn´t exist?

I also tried getting a new hosting account, but it tells me that I already have one and that I should use it.

Maybe I´ll try it later again.
