Error 403 Forbidden

Hello My website shows 403 Forbidden error since April 21, I can now access cpanel public_html folder but is empty, the same goes for me other than I have.

make sure all file permissions are 0644 (rw-r--r--) and all folder permissions are 0755 (rwxr-xr-x)
