Error 403 on one particular folder

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you can point me to the right direction. I have uploaded website (build with Contao CMS). Everything seems to be working, except I have no access to nileja/templates folder. I get Error 403 message.

This folder contains template files, css files and images for the front side.

Folder have 755 permissions and files have 644 permissions, so they should be accessible? right?

I've tried applying 777 and 755 permissions to files and folders, I have tried re-uploading entire templates folder to no avail.

If you could list the contents of .htaccess files from public_html, public_html/nileja , public_html/nileja/templates, etc. ie any directory that gives you a 403 and its ancestors.

you are the man. I had .htaccess with "deny from all" that shouldn't have been there.

it's fixed, how do I close the support request?
