Error 404: After clickign on any link on first page of my website

I am trying to click on links in first page of my website. Not even a single link works.
I am getting the same error for all the links when I click on them

What software are you using for your site?
Some of the recent changes to your server might require a resetting of configurations. If the CMS has a 'SEO urls' option set, try unsetting it and then turning it back on.

We are using Drupal 6 php 5
