Trying to upload a new Joomla editor, but tonight I'm getting a :
Error 406, Not Acceptable, Internet Explorer cannot read this webpage format

FireFox also comes up with a similar complaint...

Interestingly, smaller plugins 3-20 kb seem to go through fine, things in the 100 kb range have trouble...

I notice at least one other person describing something similar http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/79333-new-error-406-problem.html

As a sidenote about these forums, maybe I missed something, but is it normal that I am unable to reply to forum threads other than my own ...?

Thanks in advance,
emoci

Are you still having this error now that you have intermediate PHP?

We disallowed posting in other's threads due to inconsiderate members spreading false information and trolling. The only reason they are now viewable is so the users can use the search feature.

I was already on intermediate PHP when it was happening, but it appeared to be a one evening occurence... it's been fine since

Since this seems to be resolved I am going to close the thread. If you need further assistance feel free to re-open this thread or create a new one.
