error 500 in my acount

I've installed MODx from my control panel in the folder /portal

http://youthpaper.net/portal/

and it gives me error 500 and opend a forum reguest in the same meaing please can you help

A 500 error is a generic error. Any one of a number of things can cause it. Look for MODx's error log to find out the actual error, then search the web for more information on that error.
