Error 500 - Internal Server Error... PLEASE HELP!!

Hey dudes,
i got a game running with x10hosting at americawars.exofire.net but.. i got 'Error 500 - Internal Server Error' please help guys this happend when I wasnt on the cpanel, so how can i fix this? this is a pic - http://i28.tinypic.com/nzglqo.png
it might be a bit small because my laptop is only 1024x600px i have added a custom 500 error now to make sure our players come back but i really want to get my game back up, please help me, thanks

What is in the error_log file in your webroot?It may help you to fix this.

If your site is a PHP based one , make sure that .php files are NOT 'world and group writable'. That is, permissions of 0777 or 0666 will cause 500 errors in the current server configuration. Files should have permission of 0755 or 0644.

Another possible source of the error is .htaccess with mod_rewrite. If you have any line starting with

RewriteRule

you should have

RewriteBase /

at the beginning of the .htaccess file.
