Error 503 Make Sure That The Server Has Front Page Extensions Installed

When Trying to access my web site using Frontpage 98 I get Http Error 503 Stating that I need to make sure that the server has Frontpage Extension installed.

I have looked in Cpanel and do not see any options to do this.

Any help will be appreciated!
