Hi! I ran out of space on the site of a school I represent and found a file called "cagefs" taking up almost half of my storage. Not knowing it, I deleted it, now I can't access the site and I get error 503. How could I solve it? Can storage be increased for school?

My site is www.primariamcj.edu.mx

staff will need to help with the "cagefs" folder,

as for the increase,
- your account must be at least 7 days old, and follows the terms and conditions.
- you must be using at least 75% of your current space.
- all files must be used your website and not for storage of files.
- delete any temp or backup files on your account.
- photo galleries can only be 500 mb and do not qualify for an upgrade.

staff will need to review your website before determining if you qualify

Thank you, where can I request support to re-establish the site? The content that I deleted was in the "tmp" folder within the "cagefs" section, so far I have not been able to access the site again.

i dont think removing files from the tmp folder is the cause.
ive looked at my file structure and my tmp folder is empty without issue.

have you installed any plugins recently for wordpress that might be an issue ?
i will request a staff member to look over this post in case its a system issue.

Thanks, I haven't installed any new plugin. And the problem occurred immediately after deleting the tmp from the .cagefs folder

I have re-generated the required files. do not delete anything inside your cage folder in the future.

Your data allocation should not include this directory.
