Error adding addon / parked domain

Hello there,

I've just attempted to add a domain to my account that I removed ages ago because of problems with it (which I'm hoping will now have been resolved).

When I went into parked domains in cPanel and attempted to add the domain, I was told there was an error adding the domain. The error I was given was:

Error from park wrapper: productivityzero.eu.org is already configured.

I checked everywhere and to my knowledge the domain certainly isn't configured akready. I then tried with addon domains to no avail.

I posted here because I'm wondering whether there's still a record in the DNS leftover from when I removed the domain.

Any ideas?

I have removed the dns entries. Can you please try and park the domain now. Let me know if you are able to do so.

Hello again,

Thanks for the fast response! I've just tried adding the domain again, but this time cPanel gives me this error:

Error from park wrapper: productivityzero.eu.org is owned by another user.

I've double checked my AMP and cPanel and there's no sign of them, it seems there's sill problems with the DNS.

Any ideas this time?

Seems it wasn't removed correctly from the cluster. I removed it, can you try now?
