Error after signing up

Hello, I've recently tried to sign up for your free hosting and received errors after validating my account. About 5 minutes after validating my account I received the following email:

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

Not too much of a helpful error message.

I had tried to create an account last night, and the same thing happened, except I think the error said something about http.conf being corrupt.

Is this normal, or am I doing something wrong that might cause this error?
