Error Changing Main Domain Name

when i enter my domain name there is an error,

Error Code: C085843B

ok...

i go to hosting>modify domain, i enter the domain i want to use: http://overpower-rt.co.uk.
i then get this full message,

1. ns1.x10hosting.com shows the above domain is on Stoli (his server)
2. going to the URL gives the x10hosting Default Web Site Page
3. JM does not show it as attached to his account
4. JM shows information when queried about the domain

Escalating to a Support Ticket so an Admin can handle
