hi I just signed up yesterday, I configured the nameservers at the site I purchased my domain from.... but when I try to use my domain here I get an error code 1E9F63B0

What domain are you trying to add?
Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours for nameservers to be set.

I'm trying to add my domain allegiantvirtual.com. In the account management section I try to modify domain, then I get the error code 1E9F63B0..

then when I try to add it in the cpanel it says:

Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from park wrapper: allegiantvirtual.com is already configured.

even though Its not showing up anywhere
