Error Code: Can't access hosting panel

I can login fine but if I try to get into the hosting control panel it says Failed to create login token: Login failed. Please refresh the page and try again.. If this account was just created, it may take several minutes to become available

I can't login to my wordpress site either. I have cleared browser cache, logged in/out, etc.
