Error Code DEADBEEF

I keep Trying to login to my control panel, but it kept waiting, and waiting, and waiting, until I got this error saying:

An error occurred attempting to process your request. Please try again momentarily. (Error Code DEADBEEF)!

Any Idea why THIS is showing?!
