Error code when tryin to log in

Hi.
Recently i received an email "Service Nearing Inactive Date".
I try to login into the x10 website but i couldnt.
I received this message:
"Error code E34B6EF661B87803C. Please go to the support forum for assistance."
I rly dont want to my web site gets inactivate.
Any help is welcome.

the error code says you are cc blocklisted. and your website shows as currently temporarily suspended.
staff will need to review the issue and unblock you.
you can try the discord service for faster support.
