Error Creating Email Account

At new server no email accounts and mailing lists allowed ?

When I trying to create, I got this message :

Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed email accounts.

I think I read somewhere that e-mail is being worked on an account by account basis to try and cut down on the spammers. I could be wrong.

Can you tell us what account package you signed up with?
