Error during hosting setup

My original password was 20 characters long and when I attempted setting up hosting I got an error message that stated my password must be between 1 and 16 characters. I changed my password to make it shorter and retried and got the same error. So I thought maybe I need to logout and log back in with the shorter password., but now I get the following message:
"Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account."

Is there something you can do on your end that will clear this up?

The account didn't get created because you still had an error. Log back in, clear the sign up attempt, stay logged in and then try to sign up again. Hopefully it'll work this time.
