Error encountered while trying to upgrade PHP

I would like the use the sendmail feature and use Yabb forum on my webpage (http://www.yabbforum.com). I tried to upgrade PHP but I get the following error:

An Error Has Occurred
An error occurred with your PHP version change request. Try again later or contact x10Hosting. (Code 3)


Also, I wanted to know if I should upgrade to intermediate or advanced. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I just tried again and got a different error code:

An Error Has Occurred
An error occurred with your PHP version change request. Try again later or contact x10Hosting. (Code 4)

I did notice that next to "Basic PHP Configuration" it says "Upgrade pending" so maybe my request did go through despite the error message?
