Error Establishing a Database Connection and CPanel login fail

Hi, I'm having trouble with my site. Current at http://cluboeds.co.cc/ the server is running and you can see my front page. However, the database that runs my wordpress is not there. It can't access it to display the content. http://cluboeds.co.cc/blog/

I'm also having trouble logging into Cpanel, I'm a free user and when I started using x10hosting, clicking the "login to Cpanel" button on the Hosting Account Management page, would automatically log me in and I would be directed straight to Cpanel. Now, when I click it, the Cpanel login page shows up saying that it the login attempt failed.

What's going on? How can I still access my Cpanel. Is the database error temporary or is there something bigger going on?

I don't know whats going on in the MySQL DB's. Sometimes my website says to me that unable to establish connection and sometimes it got worked.

But now, its saying that Unable to establish connection to MySQL 1105 : #07000(proxy) all backends are down

And when I checked my Databases, it was all empty. But, it should contain 2 databases created by me.

Please any admin help us.
