Error establishing a database connection

hi mate,

I can't open my site http://www.somanic.com/blog/, which shows an error: Error establishing a database connection. But I can access to phpmyadmin, i don't konw why. Does is relate to data transfer? Or some problems else?

It more than likely relates to the server move. It should clear out in some time.
