error establishing a database connection

hi, whenever i try to access my website, it says error establishing a database connection.

i didn't modify anything before the error occured.

Try re-linking your database.. Go to your cPanel to the mysql section and click the X next to the user on the database but don't delete it.. Then re-link with all permissions.
