now my hosting[http://www.ab-software.org/] is not working.

previous too have tip information "Error establishing a database connection" too.but a few minutes later auto fix it.

i just search forums "Error establishing a database connection",i comparison the search result and my configuration at cpanel.comparison result is same.

my configuration:
1.database user "ALL PRIVILEGES" is checked.
